We offer yoga classes for all ages and abilities. Our teachers are friendly, supportive, highly qualified and very experienced. We offer group classes in many different styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Resorative. Our group classes are limited to 10 spaces to provide a more intimate experience and one-to-one guidance so please book in advance.
